menstruation

Menstruation is the periodic bleeding events and cyclic (monthly) of the uterus accompanied by the release of mucous membrane of the uterus (endometrium) through the vagina in women who are sexually mature. 

Healthy women who are not pregnant and not yet menopausal'll get your period every month. Under normal circumstances, the length of your period ranges from 3-7 days and the average recurring every 28 days.
When menstruation usually occurs menstrual pain. Menstrual pain is caused by primary disorders are fairly common, usually occurs after the commencement of the first menstruation and often disappear after a pregnant woman or with increasing age.

symptoms of menstrual pain,
1. The pain comes in irregular, sharp and cramping in the lower abdomen that is usually spread to the back, down the legs, groin and vulva (the outside of the female genitalia.)

2. Menstrual pain followed by premenstrual syndrome, which is a set of symptoms that appear vary between 7 to 14 days before menstruation begins and usually stop when menstruation begins. These symptoms include behavior such as anxiety, depression, ritabilitas / sensitivity, irritability, sleep disturbances, fatigue, weakness, food cravings and occasional mood changes very fast.

3.Keluhan such as breast pain or swelling, abdominal bloating or pain, headache, joint pain, back pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or constipation, and skin problems like acne.
